Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you are enjoying your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied for any reason, we are here to help with a return or refund.
Overview
- Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from delivery.
- After 30 days, refund or exchange requests will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Customized items (e.g., engraving, custom sizes).
- Ring sizes over 9 US or under 3 US, or quarter sizes.
- Items damaged due to improper use.
- Items lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
Returns & Refunds
- All items are made to order. If there are no quality problems, a 35% restocking fee applies for returns & refunds.
- Refund requests must be submitted via muktarajewelry@gmail.com.
- Items sent as replacements or exchanges are non-refundable.
- We are not liable for packages returned due to incorrect addresses (a 35% restocking fee will still apply).
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds (if approved) are issued within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items are made to order based on customer’s choices (metal type, size, etc.).
- For non-quality issues, a 35% restocking fee applies for exchanges/returns.
- Resizing services are not free.
- Store credit may be applied after deducting the restocking fee. If insufficient, you must cover the difference.
- An item can only be exchanged once.
Order Changes During Production
- Please review your order confirmation email carefully. Contact us immediately if you spot errors.
- Changes requested within 48 hours after placing the order will incur a 30% fee plus any price difference.
Order Cancellation
Production usually begins within 12 hours (except Sundays/holidays). Cancellations incur fees based on when the request is made:
- 24 – 48 Hours: 30% Restocking Fee
- 48 – 72 Hours: 40% Restocking Fee
- 72 Hours and Beyond: 50% Restocking Fee
- To initiate a return, contact us at muktarajewelry@gmail.com for the return address.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service; we cannot process refunds without a tracking number.
Return Shipping Fee
- For non-quality issue returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (based on courier service chosen).
- If the return is due to damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days from approval, contact your bank or card company first.
